Hi.  My name is Pete, and I decided to create this site detailing my experiences with electric car conversion kits.

Like many of you, the amount of money I had to spend on filling up my car was burning a pretty big hole in my pocket, so I decided there had to be a better way of saving gas costs without having to trade my car in for some tiny toy car with an engine the size of a lawn mower.

After quite a bit of research, I ended up using an electric car conversion kit manual and converted my car to run on batteries.

This turned out to be relatively easy and didn’t cost very much at all to do. The best thing is that I save a small fortune on my fuel costs.
